Q. Where can I park?
A. Pre-pay parking for Yankee Stadium is available at the Concourse Plaza Garage located at
200 E. 161st Street. This is a 1,208 space self-park garage opposite the Bronx County Hall of Justice, and only a six minute walk from the Stadium.
Q. How long can I park in the facility?
A. Your prepaid parking ticket is good for up to six hours.
Q. Is tailgating allowed?
A. Open flames are prohibited at the parking facility.
Q. How do I exit the garage after events at Yankee Stadium?
A. The Concourse Plaza Garage is only five minutes away from the Major Deegan Expressway and Harlem River Drive. First, take the Morris Ave. exit from the lower levels of the garage, or make a right on 161st St. to Morris Ave. Take Morris Ave. south to 138th St. and make a right. Five blocks ahead make a right turn to enter Major Deegan North, or drive a block further to enter Major Deegan South. Keep straight ahead and drive across the Madison Ave. Bridge if taking the Harlem River Drive North and South.

A. Yes. Once purchased, a parking space will be waiting for your arrival.
Q. Is my permit refundable?
A. All parking permits are non-refundable.
Q. If I do not have my printed permit, can I scan it through my Android, iPhone or Blackberry?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept passes scanned from a smartphone device. You must scan the barcode upon entry and take the ticket that is issued to you. Insert ticket in the machine to exit.

Q. What if I enter my personal information incorrectly?
A. Just call our Customer Service department at 866-330-PARK (7275) and a representative will gladly update your information. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q. Can I print parking passes for any game ?
A. Yes, parking passes can be printed at any time; for any game during the season.
Q. If I cannot make the game after purchasing a parking pass can I transfer it to another party?
A. Yes. Parking passes are transferable between parties. This applies to same day events only. You cannot transfer passes to another event.
Q. How long will it take to receive my pass using the ePermit print at home option?
A. Upon completion of your order, an email is immediately sent to your email. Included in that email is a receipt for your records and a link to your ePermit. Please allow for emails from email@example.com as well as check your junk or spam folder.
Map & Directions
Q. Why can’t I download a map when you advertise maps and directions to the event?
A. If you would like to receive directions to your location, please feel free to contact us. The routes and maps we provide are designed specifically for the parking permit/lot location you have purchased and support the events traffic management plan which encourages a more efficient traffic flow.
Rescheduled or Canceled Events
Q. What if the event I have purchased parking for is rescheduled or canceled?
A. Event postponement and/or cancellation decisions are made by parking management. Typically if an event is postponed, parking permits will be honored at the rescheduled date and time. Cancelled events and associated refunds are given upon management instructions. Please contact Customer Service at 866-330-PARK (7275) for specific information regarding your event.
